This FAQ page (English: Frequently Asked Questions) is a collection of answers to the most commonly asked questions related to our halls, which arise during the bidding process and are encountered by our technical support department. 1. What are the delivery costs (logistics of the hall)?
We provide full logistical support. We offer tailored solutions to meet the client’s needs. Delivery costs are determined individually depending on the size of the hall and the delivery location.
2. Do you perform hall installations?
In our wide range of services, we also offer the possibility of installing a hall in each of the countries where we sell our products. We have a team of experienced installers who make every effort to ensure that the hall installation is carried out efficiently and professionally. Customer satisfaction is our highest value.
3. Is the hall a structure that can be relocated?
Is it possible to change the location of the hall? The hall will be dismantled and then rebuilt at the new location. When planning such a relocation, it is essential to consider the snow and wind parameters of the hall concerning its durability.
4. How long will the hall last?
Our halls are structures with long-lasting durability. The use of such a building is for a minimum of several years. The hall can be safely used for long-term storage. It is a very good investment – comparable in every aspect to other solutions used in the warehousing industry.
5. What is the warranty on the cladding and the structure?
We provide a 36-month warranty on our products. The warranty period covers both the cladding of the hall and the structure itself. During this three-year period, any defects that arise will be rectified under the warranty package.
6. Are there certificates for individual materials?
Products offered under the HugeHalls brand always have a CE certificate. The abbreviation CE stands for Conformité Européenne, which translates from French to mean that the product is manufactured in accordance with European Union directives. The client receives assurance that the hall meets all quality and safety standards.
7. Can we combine different materials in the cladding?
Our approach to hall design is very flexible and creative in response to customer needs. It is possible to combine different materials – to meet the client’s wishes regarding colour schemes – but most importantly, to enhance the structure’s functionality. We use solutions that help maintain good visibility and utilise natural light. Ask our sales advisor about the possibilities!
8. Do you have warranty and post-warranty service?
Our warranty and post-warranty service provide the client with complete peace of mind regarding the use of the hall. The client can always turn to us for technical support – the HugeHalls Team is happy to assist you. We also offer annual service inspections, even for small structures.
9. What are the financing options for the hall (leasing, credit, or long-term rental)?
In response to your needs, we have created a wide range of financing options for constructing facilities. We have many years of experience in handling leasing and a full range of loans for the halls that are offered. We are also happy to assist with other solutions, such as long-term rental.
10. Do you handle documents and building permits with authorities?
Our professional team of experienced designers will prepare for you the complete documentation required by the authority under whose jurisdiction the construction site is located, where the hall is to be erected. We also cooperate with design offices that help with the formalities related to obtaining a building permit for such structures. The facility’s prepared project is the basis for applying for a building permit for the hall.
11. What are the costs of renting the equipment needed for installation?
The hall’s implementation and installation require equipment such as a telescopic lift, lifting devices, or a forklift. If you do not have such equipment, it will be rented and delivered to the construction site for the duration of the hall installation. Depending on the size of the hall, the installation time ranges from a few to several working days. The rental cost is the investor’s responsibility, but we are happy to help organise such a rental – we will handle all related procedures.
12. What are the timelines for project completion?
Our modern machine park has high production capacity. We can ensure that the delivery time for our products is 4-8 weeks. If it is a product tailored to the specific needs of the client, the production time may be slightly extended. Of course, you will be thoroughly informed about the delivery timelines during the hall ordering process.
13. What types of floors and substrates are applicable for halls?
When planning to build a hall, preparing an appropriate substrate, often an entire foundation system is necessary. Preparing a hardened substrate, such as concrete, is the investor’s responsibility. Our experienced sales advisor will provide more details. All information regarding the hall’s foundation is included in the structural project, which is always delivered to the investor.
14. What are these snow and wind parameters about?
A key factor when choosing a tent hall manufacturer is checking the snow and wind parameters applicable in the area where the hall is to be erected. Without this information, we cannot proceed with preparing a reliable offer. If you need a hall that will be used for many years, regardless of the weather and season, it is essential to pay close attention to these parameters and choose a hall with a structure designed to withstand the full snow and wind loads applicable for the zone where the hall is to be erected. Any offers for a “Year-round Hall” with a small note “in case of snowfall – clear, heat, or dismantle” indicate that such an offer does not meet these parameters and should be excluded.
