Aluminium Halls
Functionality and Advantages of Aluminium Halls
A warehouse hall built using tent hall technology is an excellent, cost-effective, and functional alternative to traditional buildings. As a temporary structure, it does not require a building permit, allowing for immediate investment in response to urgent needs for additional warehouse space for year-round use. The lightweight and durable structure with a gable roof, constructed using innovative aluminium profiles, is easy to assemble and disassemble.
Durability, Safety, and Mobility of the Structure
An aluminium tent hall can be used under normal weather conditions, provided there is no excessive snowfall. The design is prepared in accordance with current building standards, ensuring durability, safety of use, and versatility of applications. Aluminium halls do not require permanent foundations and can meet all the requirements set for modern, year-round warehouse halls.
Versatility of Applications and Optimal Space Availability
The aluminium halls offered by HugeHalls are perfect as temporary, protective, event, sports, or production halls for year-round use. Aluminium halls with stakes are anchored directly to the ground to enhance safety. This can be any hardened surface, such as gravel, concrete pavers, or asphalt. The appropriate design and construction without additional internal supports allow for a fully accessible warehouse area, similar to traditional warehouse buildings.
Durable and Economical Material Solutions
The most popular and cost-effective finishing option for a warehouse tent is fire-resistant PVC material with a thickness of 650 g/m², certified for fire protection, or optionally, OPAK material 800 g/m² (light-proof). These materials protect stored goods for many years. An important advantage of this covering is its easy and inexpensive repair, and in the case of the 650 g/m² PVC material, light permeability, which significantly impacts electricity savings during the day.
Walls can also be made of trapezoidal sheet metal or sandwich panels, allowing for structure reinforcement and increased thermal insulation. With sandwich panel walls, the roof covering will always be made of PVC material, in accordance with legal bases and construction assumptions.
