Variety and Customization

Our offer includes over 100 different types of car tarpaulins designed to meet all transport requirements on the road.

We have many car tarpaulins available: from flat cover tarpaulins, through tarpaulins for trailers equipped with rear doors, to side trailers, side-curtain trailers, curtain trailers, or container trailers, up to specialized tarpaulins for dump trucks – we have everything you need for safe and efficient transport.

Tarpaulins for Trailers

In our offer, we have tarpaulins for trailers in any configuration: four-sided tarpaulins, tarpaulins for trailers equipped with rear doors, front walls, as well as for trailers with adjustable height or those with a sliding roof structure.

Side tarpaulins for trailers are made in accordance with customs regulations, allowing for the receipt of customs certificates for the given trailers. The sides of the trailer are made of PVC material weighing from 680 to 900 g/m2, depending on the type of product. The tarpaulins are equipped with rollers and clamps that facilitate quick loading and unloading of goods as well as securing them during transport. The tarpaulin is fastened to the trailer frame using various types of clamps, allowing for quick opening of the entire side. The side wall made entirely of tarpaulin is reinforced with special straps that prevent tearing in case of load shifting on the trailer and also secure the load from falling out during transport.

We manufacture tarpaulins for curtain trailers equipped with sliding roofs and adjustable height frames, from very typical to highly advanced solutions.

We also specialize in the production of roofs for car trailers. We produce tarpaulins, curtains, and roofs both for the first assembly of brand new vehicles and for the needs of many transport companies. Side curtain tarpaulins are also equipped with reflective tape in accordance with customer requirements. Optionally, we can equip the tarpaulin with a theft protection system using a special anti-burglary net with various mesh sizes.

Tarpaulins for Dump Trucks

To secure bulk products or asphalt during transport, we manufacture tarpaulins for car bodies and dump trailers. We use material weighing 650-900 g/m2. The tarpaulin is equipped with eyelets, a rope, and, at the customer’s request, side-mounted hooks. Additionally, there is an option to apply a rolling system on one side.

We also offer specialized tarpaulins for dump trucks designed to secure bituminous masses with weights ranging from 600 g/m2 to 1200 g/m2, resistant to high temperatures. Each tarpaulin can be equipped with rolling and tensioning systems according to customer requirements.

Tarpaulins for Car Trailers

Tarpaulins for car trailers are an indispensable accessory for those transporting various goods that require protection from adverse weather conditions, such as rain or snow, as well as from dirt. Made from durable and waterproof materials such as PVC or polyethylene, they ensure that transported items arrive at their destination in pristine condition.

Thanks to the use of fastening systems, such as rubber cords or straps with buckles, tarpaulins can be easily and securely attached, guaranteeing load stability and additionally protecting it from falling out during transport.

Tarpaulins for Containers

Tarpaulins for containers are an essential element used to secure loads transported by various types of containers, including those used in maritime transport. They play a key role in protecting transported goods from adverse weather conditions, such as rain, snow, or strong sunlight.

These tarpaulins are tailored to the specific type of container – both for OPEN TOP versions that require securing the upper part and for containers with curtain sides, where the tarpaulin serves as a movable side wall. Their solid construction and resistance to mechanical damage and weather conditions guarantee not only the safety of goods but also multiple uses, which is important from an economic perspective of container usage.

Technologies and Components

We use materials from renowned brands such as Sioen, Mehler, Heytex, and Ferrari, with a weight ranging from 650 to 1450 g/m². Our suppliers are leading European PVC manufacturers. We mainly use accessories from recognized companies. At the customer’s request, we equip tarpaulins with corners, reinforcements, ropes, reflective tapes, and other accessories according to specifications.

Advertising Graphics

A vehicle can be an impressive, mobile advertising medium. We can place advertising graphics on all tarpaulins. We have a well-equipped graphic studio. Simple graphic motifs are painted with special weather-resistant paints. We also offer “full color” graphics – a very durable and faithful reproduction of colorful photographs using large-format prints directly on white tarpaulin material.

Curtain sides are manufactured in accordance with the standards: DEKRA VA80-13TTP-50, Daimler Load Securing 9.5 DIN EN 12641-2, DIN EN 12642 Code XL
