HugeHalls is a Polish manufacturer of steel structures and tent halls with over 15 years of experience in the European market. Today, we are consistently expanding our capabilities in the railway industry, offering manufacturing and subcontracting of components and assemblies for rail vehicles.
Thanks to our modern machinery fleet and certified welding processes, we can manufacture both precision details and large-scale structures that meet stringent railway standards.

With our precision cutting, welding, and machining technology, we can manufacture both large-

- Welding robot – serial, repeatable production.
- MIG/MAG/TIG stations – manual and automatic welding.
- 12 kW laser (6050 × 2050 mm) – cutting of sheets and profiles with highest precision.
- Large-format CNC plotter – precision cutting.
- 12.5 t overhead cranes – assembly and transport of large structures.
- Plasma and gas cutters (12050 × 2050 mm).
- Edge presses, rolling machines, band saws, drills.
- Assembly tables with positioning system.
