Comprehensive Production and Subcontracting
HugeHalls is a manufacturer of steel and tent halls with an extensive welding department, offering full support in the production of steel structures and the execution of subcontracting orders. We produce elements based on provided documentation or develop complete workshop documentation.
Scope of Services
- Production of steel structures (halls, canopies, platforms, railings, stairs)
- Welding of elements according to drawings or our own designs
- Processing and preparation of steel details
- Anti-corrosion protection: hot-dip galvanizing according to PN-EN ISO 1461 or industrial painting
- Assembly of structures at the client's site

- 12 kW laser with a working area of 6050 × 2050 mm – cutting steel elements with high precision
- Cranes with a lifting capacity of 12.5 tons enabling the assembly of large and heavy elements

- Press brakes and roll forming machines
- Drills, band saws, and steel profile processing equipment
- Own steel warehouse ensuring continuity of execution
Welding processes are supervised by the Chief Welder IWE, and all structures meet EN 1090 standards and have CE marking.
